Geetha hotels was established in kovai (1938) before India got freedom from British. It’s a 73 years old hotel famous for its satvika samayal. Most of the food prepared here excludes onions and garlic like the shojin-ryori cuisine of Japan. This is also called 'satvic' because onions and garlic are regarded to be tamasic.

We believe in healthy diet and hygiene, include wheat, dhall, vegetables, spinach, whole grains, green leaves, honey and avoid white flour, artificial colors, soda salt and chemicals, that are harmful to health. Strict hygiene is maintained where ever possible .The Geetha campus is surrounded by lush green 100 year old trees and has vasntha mandapam in the middle for people to relax and chat after food.
